Tour description:
Prepare your observation equipment and be ready for action. If you don’t have it, don’t worry, our guide will bring your equipment. Monteverde has almost 50% of the birds in Costa Rica. This tour is specialized for bird lovers and those who are not worried about starting the adventure very early. The tour consists of taking a walk in the forest along easily accessible trails with a distance of one to three kilometers and an average duration of three hours. Our guides with their special equipment will be in charge of looking for beautiful birds and making your experience very pleasant.
Our transport and guide will pick you up in the morning to take a short walk to look for birds. On the tour you will also receive natural history and much other information about birds and the country of Costa Rica. Monteverde has several private reserves where this type of activity takes place. Our team keeps verifying the areas with the greatest possibilities of bird watching to do this tour and try to make your tour very pleasant. At the end of the tour you will be taken to enjoy a delicious breakfast at a small local restaurant, and after this you will return to your hotel.
